How do I make a warranty claim?
Go to the retail location where you purchased the item, bringing the product in its original packaging along with your purchase receipt.
What if I bought it from an online store?
Please check the platform’s terms for requesting a warranty return. You can usually return the product within the legal warranty period.
What are the requirements?
The product must not show signs of tampering, improper installation, impacts, or external damage.
It must also be free of burnt odors or external burn marks that could indicate misuse.
How long does it take to get a replacement?
Our agreement with retailers and distributors is that replacement is immediate if the store has the product in stock.
If the product is not in stock, the timeframe depends on shipping times and the specific policies of each retailer.
Replacement procedures may vary depending on the country of purchase, and there may be statutory timeframes established by law.
Always confirm the warranty terms with the seller.
