The BREAKERMATIC CTC-711 Programmable Temperature Controller is a multivoltage (110-220Vac) device to control the temperature of incubators, pasteurizers, hot food storage, display, and hot food display cabinets. This control operates with a temperature probe. The thermostat closes while the temperature is below the stopping temperature. When the thermostat is reached, the thermostat opens and remains there until the stopping temperature is reached, with a programmable differential, allowing the room to be maintained within a set temperature range.
